INTERIOR DESIGN - The interior design services we provide come in several different phases:
Schematic Design:
The designer establishes a design concept for the project indicating the types and quality of the finishes, materials, furnishings and lighting in the form of a colour  / mood board. The designer also prepares space allocation plans indicating, partitions and a preliminary furniture plan. Visuals / 3D colour renderings are presented to help the client understand the concept.
Design Development:
Once the first presentation has been approved, the designer develops and produce drawings, layouts and preliminary specifications, colour schemes and furniture sketches, including the required M&E facilities. The designer liaises with the other consultants, including M&E consultants, Architects, Audio Visual and Lighting designers, to ensure final documentation is consistent with the designers original design intent.
Architectural Documentation Phase:
The designer outlines details and specifications of decorative architectural finishes. The designer provides Interior design architectural documentation which is fully co-ordinated with all Architectural and Mechanical facilities.  The design Development drawings at this point are fully co-ordinated with the Interior Design architectural documentation indicating finishes codes, furniture codes and all the other specific notes that are deemed necessary for the completeness of the documents. At the completion of this phase, the package is ready to go to tender.
